René Pluis joined Philips in March 2022 and has a focus on worldwide regulations, standards, and how to support BUs to become and remain compliant. Next to this activity Pluis supports programs like the SBOM processes at Philips Group Security group to go to the next (automated) level.
Before joining Philips, René Pluis worked at Cisco for more than 17 years in various roles. Mirco Rohr is Director Solutions Consultant EMEA at Mastercard Cybersecurity. He joined the organization from LogRhythm, where he was a Senior Security Engineer. Prior to that, he worked as a mobile security and threat prevention specialist at Checkpoint. Before that, he was a senior manager at PwC responsible for Forensic Technology Services in the area of cybercrime and worked as CISO for an American Express subsidiary. Between 2008 and 2011, Mirco worked as a global Security & Technology Evangelist at Kaspersky, where he promoted the company’s technologies, closely monitored market changes, and acted as an internal advisor for new business opportunities. Before becoming an Evangelist, Mirco was a valued member of the team at Kaspersky Lab and held positions such as Technical Manager between 2004 and 2006 and Consulting Manager between 2006 and 2008 at InfoWatch, a Kaspersky subsidiary. In his last position, he was primarily responsible for DLP, ILP, and information and data security.

After studying law, Mirco Rohr completed IT training with a focus on system integration and worked as a technical consultant at Asapcom until 2004.

Jerry Rijnbeek is Area Vice President EMEA & APJ – Identity & AI Technology at Rubrik and has been architecting enterprise ICT infrastructures for over 20 years combined with building territories for start-up technology companies. Before Rubrik he was at the NAND Flash pioneer Fusion-io and prior to that at deduplication pioneer DataDomain in 2006. He started his career in the Dutch Armed Forces and after that decided to pursue his passion for technology and became a mainframe programmer. He transitioned to be the Technical Manager for Data protection and Disaster Recovery at a top 3 bank in The Netherlands. In 2000 he moved to the vendor side as Principal Technology Consultant at companies like ISIT, DataDomain and EMC. His expertise lies in the design of large ICT infrastructures and specifically in the area of enterprise compute, storage and disaster recovery. He has designed and implemented hundreds of infrastructures for customers around the world. As the first international hire at Rubrik in 2015, he has been responsible for building and enabling the success of Rubrik’s international team, customers and channel partners.

Jens Löhmar joined Workday in 2017 and has served as Chief Technology Officer for Continental Europe since 2022. He is responsible for communicating and building Workday’s vision and strategy on (Agentic) AI, Technology & Architecture with IT executives in region. His previous role at Workday included supporting prospects and customers in their evaluation of Workday solutions as an Enterprise Architect.
