Camilla Straubel is the Chief Architect at Apoteket AB since 2021. She is responsible for both the Enterprise Architecture and the Integration team. With 30 years of experience her focus has mainly been regarding architecture with extra focus on system integrations. Over the years she has worked at e g AB Volvo as both architect and technical project manager, and at H&M as responsible architect for integration and in the EA function.

She likes being part of transformations and at the same time making sure the legacy is taken care off. In order to improve her architecture skills she is a co-writer of several architecture books that discussed important topics as communicating architecture and evaluating architecture. It is not only about technical stuff, she like to take influences from other areas outside IT to improve her architecture skills.

She has extensive experience in information security, risk management, and governance in complex organisations, with a background from organisations including the Swedish Armed Forces, Sveriges Riksbank, and Ericsson. In her role, she works closely with both executive management and the business to strengthen Apoteket’s resilience against digital threats. 

John Wibrand is a forward-thinking leader in IoT, digitalization, and AI, with a particular focus on sustainable business models for real estate and PropTech. As the HVAC Digital Director at Swegon Group, John drives the development and operation of digital services for connected HVAC products. My career has always been spent in the interface between user, business and technology. Most of my time, I have worked for Scania CV (Swedish truck OEM), both within the space of truck development, but in the last year as a leader in data and analytics, focusing on how we can leverage data to make the best business decisions, with both company and customer in mind. He has a Computer Science background and has worked in the information and IT security field since 1997, both in consulting roles at High Performance Systems (co-founder) and DXC, and in Chief Information Security Officer roles at DeLaval and Clas Ohlson. 

Bernard has 16+ years experience in information security. He has been working as a cybersecurity consultant to CAC40 companies in Paris for nearly 10 years before taking internal roles as Head of Cybersecurity. From security awareness to data protection strategy or contingency plans, he has a good overview of security best practices. 

My journey has been one from the early days of the internet to today’s AI-powered enterprise landscape. Along the way, I have worked across creative agencies, production companies, and large Nordic enterprises, building bridges between business, creativity, and technology. Today, as Head of IT4IT & IAM and Chief Product Owner at PostNord, I lead digital transformation initiatives across IAM, ITSM, enterprise platforms, automation, and cloud services. I am passionate about simplifying complexity, making security an enabler rather than a barrier, and helping organizations realize the full potential of technology
