Jan Jans is a legal expert specializing in financial cybersecurity at the Danish FSA. He is a central figure in the Danish implementation of the EU’s Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and the NIS2 Directive. His work primarily involves developing and enforcing regulations that govern IT risk management and digital resilience within the financial sector.
