I helped rebuild Target’s engineering culture from the ground up and co-invented the Dojo model, now an industry-standard practice adopted widely across the Fortune 500. I led one of the largest public cloud transformations in industry history at Verizon. At American Airlines, I drove significant gains in delivery speed and resilience through one of the most operationally demanding periods in aviation history. Most recently at Foot Locker, I’ve served as the senior technology executive through a major acquisition, leading technology strategy, structural cost transformation, and a portfolio of large-scale platform implementations visible at board level.

I’ve also had the privilege of contributing to the broader conversation. I’m a lead author on seven IT Revolution Press publications, a longtime keynote speaker at the Enterprise Technology Leadership Summit (formerly DevOps Enterprise Summit), and a member of the invitation-only DevOps Enterprise Forum alongside some of the most respected technology leaders in the industry. Kristine Boike is the Head of Cybersecurity at Dorsey & Whitney, a Top 100 international law firm with 23 offices worldwide. She previously served in CIO and executive leadership roles overseeing cybersecurity, infrastructure, and network engineering within Fortune 10 and Fortune 50 financial services and banking organizations. 

Her experience includes leading cloud security and information security transformations, achieving ISO, SOC, NIST, and HITRUST compliance following cloud migrations. She has supported the secure development of new SaaS products from concept to launch, including security standards creation, CI/CD pipeline security, resiliency, EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, incident response, configuration management, and enterprise-wide governance, risk, compliance, and policy programs. 

Kristine has delivered multiple wide area network re-architecture projects for Fortune 10 financial services and a 120-site global local area network replacement.  She has delivered on large scale identity access management transformations in two Fortune 50 organizations and has delivered a network security rearchitecture program for a Fortune 10 Bank.
