Last Updated: 11 November 2025

1. Introduction

EDSX (the “App”) is a business application operated by EDS Brands Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at:

1 Allied Business Centre, Coldharbour Lane, Harpenden, England, AL5 4UT

EDSX is designed for professional and business use only. It is not directed at children and is not intended to be used by anyone under 18.

EDS Brands Ltd is firmly committed to protecting children and young people from any form of sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment. This Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (“CSAE”) Policy sets out our zero-tolerance stance on CSAE and explains how we prevent, detect, respond to, and report CSAE-related content or behaviour associated with EDSX, in line with applicable laws and the Google Play Developer Program Policies, including Child Safety Standards.

2. Scope & Jurisdictions

This policy applies to:

  • All users of the EDSX app and related services;

  • All content transmitted, uploaded, shared, integrated, or stored through EDSX;

  • All use of EDSX infrastructure, regardless of location.

EDSX and EDS Brands Ltd are UK-based and subject to UK law. In addition, we operate and make our services available in, or in relation to:

  • The United Kingdom

  • The European Union (EU Member States)

  • The United States of America

  • Canada

  • Latin American countries where EDSX is used

For the purposes of this Policy, “jurisdictions” refers to:

  1. The United Kingdom (our home jurisdiction);

  2. Each country or region where EDSX is made available or used (including those listed above); and

  3. Any other country whose laws apply to the use of our services or to specific incidents (for example, based on user location, hosting location, or reporting obligations).

Where there is a conflict between this Policy and local law, we follow the stricter standard to protect children.

3. Zero-Tolerance Policy on CSAE

EDSX strictly prohibits any use of our services for CSAE. This includes, without limitation:

  • Creation, possession, distribution, promotion, hosting, or viewing of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM);

  • Grooming or attempting to groom any person under 18 for sexual purposes;

  • Sexual extortion (“sextortion”) involving minors;

  • Trafficking or facilitating trafficking of minors for sexual purposes;

  • Any content, message, media, or conduct that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a person known or reasonably believed to be under 18;

  • Use of AI-generated, synthetic, or manipulated content depicting minors in sexual contexts or abuse scenarios, where prohibited by law and/or platform policy.

We do not make exceptions. Any involvement in CSAE using EDSX will result in immediate and decisive action.

4. Prohibited Content & Behaviour

Users of EDSX must not:

  1. Upload, transmit, store, share, or link to CSAM or CSAE-related content.

  2. Request, solicit, or pressure others to share sexual content involving minors.

  3. Use EDSX to contact, approach, lure, or groom minors.

  4. Use images, video, AI tools, or edited media to depict minors in any sexual or exploitative context.

  5. Coordinate, promote, or discuss CSAE offences in a way that facilitates or normalises offending.

Content or behaviour that is ambiguous but raises credible concern may be treated as a violation while we investigate.

5. Reporting Concerns to EDSX

We strongly encourage prompt reporting of any suspected CSAE or CSAM connected to EDSX.

You can report concerns to us via:

  • Email: policy@edsxevents.com

  • Relevant usernames, email addresses, or IDs;

  • Timestamps, links, or screenshots (only if safe and lawful to capture);

Reports made in good faith will not result in adverse action against the reporter.
