Karis is CCO and CDPO of Clear Channel Outdoor, one of the world’s leading Out of Home media owners.  Karis has 20 years’ experience in Big Tech cultural and control transformations, investigations & regulator liaison for U.S., European and UK listed B2B and B2C companies with significant data exposure. Karis has established award-winning controls, privacy, ESG and compliance functions in leading US and UK listed B2B and B2C businesses, including Clear Channel, the US advertising corporation and TUI, the German travel conglomerate. She handles cyber security breaches and disclosures, issues from data fraud to data protection, information security and AI governance, and establishing collaborative links between strategic, legal, commercial and tech leadership. As a cross-border investigative privacy, cyber, economic crime and corporate ethics lawyer (ex Clifford Chance LLP, Debevoise LLP)  Karis holds two Masters’ degrees in Jurisprudence and Forensic Psychology (MA Oxon, MSc), the CIPP/E in European Privacy and the ACSI in global financial compliance. She helped found the Media Tech Compliance Forum with Google, Sky, Meta and NBC Universal, is a Fellow of the British American Project and a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Arts and Sciences, a Trustee of Annie Lennox’s charity the Circle and a member of the Appeals Panel of the Women’s Equality Party.  In 2024, she was a UN Women Delegate to the 68th Commission on the Status of Women.

Adrian Jonas is the Chief Analyst for the North West Region. Adrian is responsible for a large portfolio of analytical work to monitor, evaluate and provide insights to deliver improvements to health and care for the 7.4million citizens across the North West region. Adrian is the Senior Responsible Officer for the North West Secure Data Environment programme. Adrian spent 3 years leading data and analytics at the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence [NICE], where he still acts as an advisor. Prior to NICE Adrian held a variety of data and analytical roles across government, including being principal analyst for home and foreign affairs (Prime Minister’s Implementation Unit) & Head of profession for operational research within the Cabinet Office; and before that the Head of analysis within the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. Adrian holds roles as both a Council Member of Lancaster University and Non-Executive Director at a Multi Academy Trust in Greater Manchester. Adrian has an M.Sc. in operational research from Lancaster University and an M.Sc. in Digital Health Leadership from Imperial College London, where he now has a practitioner role supporting the faculty.

Lara’s extensive experience in media includes brands like AOL, Disney, Telegraph and Auto Trader; in strategic roles where data was instrumental in driving digital transformation. At ITV, Lara first built and led its advertising data team; responsible for data partnerships, products, and analytics for advanced advertising. From 2021, Lara led operations for ITV’s Group Data Strategy, delivering data product foundations to drive business value. Today, Lara leads a team of research and data experts as Director of Insights and a member of ITV’s executive leadership team. Lara also serves as non-executive director on the board of global media measurement firm, Ebiquity plc. Lara regularly speaks at digital media events and contributes to industry thought pieces. She was recognised by The Media Leader, DataIQ, TheDrum, and AdWeek. Additionally, Lara supports a number of organisations including MEFA, Women in Data and Children of the Mekong.

Simon directs delivery of Data and AI solutions at Unisys, a global technology company dedicated to helping people and organizations reach the next breakthrough. And the one after that. He has previously worked at Lloyds Register, Just Eat, NATO, Capgemini and the University of Bristol, where he remains an Honorary Research Fellow.

Claudia Villasis-Wallraff is a seasoned Digital Transformation Leader with a track record of orchestrating seamless processes at the intersection of business and technology. Her expertise lies in translating intricate business requirements into robust software solutions, particularly within the complex IT landscape faced by Fortune 500 companies in finance and Treasury functions. She is currently Head of Data Driven Treasury at Deutsche Bank, where she designs cloud-based Artificial Intelligence solutions for Fortune 500 companies. She has worked in various multinationals in Europe and Asia-Pacific in the buy and sell side.

Molly is currently Head of Data management in HM Treasury, leading the department’s data management function as well as its internal data education. She handles the delivery of the department’s data strategy, focused on creating a unified data platform, developing its data culture, and providing leadership in its data governance, which includes the implementation of AI tools. Previously, she worked as a senior data advisor and a government economist, primarily in education policy. From designing surveys measuring teachers’ burnout and knocking on school doors as part of social study data collections, to leading the economic business case on multi-billion pound spending bids – she has an in-depth knowledge of the data value chain in the public sector and its application in various analytical disciplines, working across complex organisational boundaries, and putting the decision-maker at the heart of it all.

Rebecca Ruane is an experienced leader, she is currently Head of Reader Revenue Insights at the Guardian News and Media, driving the use of data to optimise and analyse the use of data in the space of Marketing, Product and Customers, and leading the creation of an analytics community to bring together the analysts across the business and align on best practices and people processes.

Previous experiences at Aimia (Nectar Card) and Sainsburys around customer segmentations and embedding analytics into the business as well as the benefits of an Analytics Academy have brought Rebecca to where she is today. Outside of work, Rebecca is an advocate for health and wellbeing and mental health, often raising money for Guts UK (a charity close to her heart) and openly talking on her social media platforms about these topics. She lives in West Sussex and enjoys swimming both in a pool and open water and is usually training for a swimming challenge of some form.

Reshma Shaikh is passionate about transformation, digital and people. An experienced leader, she is currently Head of AI transformation at Evershed Sutherland LLC driving the industrialisation of AI and ML and championing the use of emerging technology.  This expertise was built as a consultant with ThoughtWorks leading digital transformation for large global clients and honed through her time at Springer Nature. Outside of work, Reshma has been on the board of nonprofits and an angel investor. She is a champion of inclusion and diversity with a focus on women, BAME, and mental health. Reshma is of Indian descent, grew up in the Middle East, and has lived, studied and worked in North America, Europe and Asia. She now lives in London and enjoys yoga, sewing, travel and learning Italian.

Asif Saraiya is a seasoned Analytics and Business Intelligence leader with over 20 years of experience in data analytics, technology integration, and digital transformation within the banking and financial services sector. Currently serving as the Analytics & BI Lead at Santander’s Chief Operating Office, Asif is known for his strategic vision and expertise in deploying large-scale data platforms that drive business value. His career spans senior roles at HSBC, Barclays, and RBS, where he led cross-functional teams to implement advanced analytics solutions and optimise operational performance. Asif holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering. He is passionate about leveraging data to foster innovation and enhance decision-making. He actively engages in thought leadership and industry discussions, contributing his insights on data strategy and transformation.

Elena is Senior Director of Analytics at Elsevier, leading a team of ~30 digital product analysts and managers/directors, supporting Elsevier’s Academic & Government markets product portfolio. Since she joined Elsevier in 2010, Elena has worked with product, tech and marketing teams across a number of Elsevier’s research products, leveraging data and behavioural analytics to drive a culture of data-driven decision making and iterative experimentation-based product development. Elena is passionate about data and the power of user-centric analytics to contribute to better user experience and research outcomes. Elena holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Mount Holyoke College, USA and an MBA from London Business School in the UK.

Faith is an analytics leader at PHD Media, bringing together a wide range of expertise across econometrics, data science, attribution, and data engineering. She has worked with over 40 clients globally, in a range of industries including ecommerce, automotive, retail, pharmaceuticals, gaming, technology, FMCG, and banking. Custom solutions are the mainstay of her career in the media agency space, most recently developing benchmark databases for meta-analysis, advising on how modelling and optimisations could be integrated into business planning, and highlighting differences in audience website behaviour.

Kshitija Joshi heads the Data Risk & Controls Solutions within the Chief Data Office for Nomura based in London. Her team builds AI based solutions to address core data-related risks using anomaly detection techniques. She also co-leads the Data culture & Data literacy initiatives in the organization.  She has 22+ years of experience in the area of Data Science largely in the Financial Services & Retail domains. She holds a Masters in Economics & Ph.D in Finance from some of India’s top universities.

Carlos Soares has 25 years of experience in in Digital, Data, and Artificial Intelligence.  Carlos leads Data & AI at Brenntag, accelerating the company’s value-to-market in the DiDex (Digital Data Excellence) transformation. His extensive global leadership includes serving as the Chief Data & Analytics Officer at Diageo, where he crafted a pioneering data strategy and analytics capabilities. Prior roles include being VP BI & Advanced Analytics at Liberty Global and Senior Director Marketplace Analytics at Nike.
